Ingredients

Shrimp 15 nos
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Masala
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Fennel powder 1/4 tsp

Onion big 1 chopped
Tomato 2 boiled n pureed
Green chilli 3
Curry leaves 1 sprig

Coconut milk 1/4 cup

Coconut oil for cooking

Preparation

1. Add masala to shrimp n 1/4 cup of water
Cook for 10 mins
2. Heat coconut oil in a claypot. Saute onion, gg paste, masala powder with tomato paste
3. When masala is cooked, take 1/2 of masala
out n keep aside
4. Add cooked shrimp to this
5. Let it cook for 5 mins
6. Make a paste of onion masala with coconut milk
7. Add this to pot
8. Mix well , add water if needed
9. Simmer for 2 mins
10. Shrimp curry is ready
