Shrimp 15
Chillli powder 2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Fenugreek powder 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Green chilli 2 slit
Coconut oil for cooking
Preparation
1. Marinate shrimp in masala
2. Add shrimp to claypot with little water
3. When water dries add curry leaves n chilli
4. Add coconut oil
5. Shrimp roast is ready
