Ingredients

Roasted rava 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Water 1,1/4 cup

Onion 1 big chopped
Green chilli 2 chopped
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Coriander leaves few
Ginger 1 " pc grated
Carrot grated 2 tbsp
Roasted cashews 5 chopped

Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp

For tadka
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp

Preparation

1. Mix rava n curd , keep aside
2. For tadka into a pan add oil splutter mustard seeds
3. Add onion, ginger, curry leaves
4. Add this to rava curd mix
5. Add grated carrot, coriander leaves and salt with turmeric powder
6. Mix well keep aside for 15 mins
7. Grease idli pan, pour batter
8. Steam on high for 10 min and simmer for 5 min
9. Take out , let it cool down
10. Let it rest for 5 mins, once steam is gone remove from mold
11. Serve with side of chutney
