Chicken boneless 500g
OR
Paneer 200 g
Capsicum green n red 1 cubed
Onion 2 big cubed
Marinade
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1,1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Hung/Greek curd 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Preparation
1. Clean chicken n cut into cubes
2. Marinate chicken in tikka masala, keep aside for 1 hour
3. Add onion n capsicum
4. Soak skewers in water for 30 mins
For baking
1. Pre heat oven to 200 C
2. bake chicken for 15 mins
3. Turn over the skewer n add apply mustard oil
4. Increase oven temperature 250 C , bake for 10 mins
5. Chicken tikka is ready
For pan frying
1. Add vegetable oil
2. Fry on medium heat, turning skewers on all sides
Note: U can marinate chicken or paneer overnight
Add onion n capsicum 1 hour before baking
For green chutney
Cashews 15 nos

Hung curd 1 tbsp
Mint/Coriander leaves handful
Salt to taste
Grind to smooth paste
