1. Click the Start button and select the gear-shaped Settings icon from the left-side menu.
2. at the right-hand side of the window for Your info. Under “Your info,” select “Sign in with a local account instead.
3. Enter your current password and click on next . create a new username and password for your local account.
4. click on next and click sign out and finish

2. now you need to do is just enter the details of you new Microsoft account so scroll down here and then click on sign with a Microsoft account instead.
