Method-1
Run the Printer Troubleshooter
1. Press the Windows key, type Settings, select and click on Settings.
2. Click on the Run the troubleshooter button under Printer.
3. The troubleshooting tool will automatically start scanning the printer for errors and fix them automatically
4. the first thing i want you try is what's called a printer power cycle .follow these steps.

Perform a Root Uninstall
step-1
1. press the Windows key and type In the Control Panel and click on Control Panel into the search bar
2. Search for Programs and features
3. Select your Printer and select Uninstall.
Step-2
1. Open up the run command with the Windows key + R keys
2. type here printui.exe /s
3. Click on the Drivers tab and look for Printer driver
4. Look for your printer. Right-click on it and choose Delete or Remove Device.

1. Open up the run command with the Windows key + R key combo.
2. Type c:/programdata and click Ok
3. find your printer brand name and open it, remove any printer related folders & files
4. Restart the computer
