Method-1
Run the Printer Troubleshooter
1. Click on the Run the troubleshooter button under Printer.
2. The troubleshooting tool will automatically start scanning the printer for errors and fix them automatically

1. Press the Windows key and type device Manager and click on the Device Manager in the search bar.

Method-3
Set Full Permissions for the SYSTEM Account
1: Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool.
2: Find the drivers folder and right-click on it to select Properties.
3: Switch to the Security tab. In the Group or user names section, select SYSTEM.
4: Click Edit and change the permissions to Allow.
5: Select the SYSTEM option under Group or user names.
6: Check the Allows boxes of all SYSTEM permissions. Confirm the changes by clicking on Apply and OK.

Restart the Print Spooler Services
1. Press the Windows key and type services into the search bar and Click on the services option.
2. The Services window will open/Locate Print Spooler in the list of services/Right-click on Print Spooler/Select Restart from the context menu/Wait for the Printer Spooler service to restart.

Method-5
Remove the temporary files
These files can be found at C:/Windows/Temp and C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Temp (for the currently logged-in user) with the .tmp file extension.
Make sure you’ve administrator privileges before you attempt to delete these files. Then go to the said locations, select the entire content of the Temp folder and press the Shift + Del keys to permanently delete these temp files from your system.
