Lyrics :-

zindagi dene vale sun teri duniya se dil bhar gaya
main yahan jite ji mar gaya
zindagi dene vale sun teri duniya se dil bhar gaya
main yaha jite ji..

raat katati nahi din guzarata nahi
zakhm aisa diya hai ke bharta nahi
aankh viraan hai dil pareshaan hai
gam ka saaman hai jaise jaadu koi kar gaya
zindagi dene vale sun

bekhata tune mujh se khushi chhin li
zinda rakha magar zindagi chhin li
kar diya dil ka khun chup kaha tak rahun
saaf kyu na kahu tu khushi se meri dar gaya
zindagi dene vale sun teri duniya se dil bhar gaya
mai yaha jite ji mar gaya
zindagi dene vale sun...

Lyrics Translation in English...

O, Giver of Life, I beseech thee

You have filled the world with your heart/love

But left me here bereft, separate.

Night stops never, day times pass never.

The wound u have given, it never fills, remains open. Eyes haunted, fearful, heart in turmoil, despair

A full baggage of sadness, this life.

As if am under some magic spell.

An innocent man, my happiness you have withdrawn.

Have just kept alive yet lost my life

You killed my heart, but silent how long should I be?

Clearly whyshould I not lament

In your happy, my fear is now gon......

O, Giver of Life, I beseech thee

You have filled the world with your heart/love

But left me here bereft, separate....

Soundtrack...
Ghulam Mohammed composed the music for this film and gave a "standout score" for the film. Bharatan states that Dil-E-Nadan marked a downward trend for him as far as the box-office success was concerned.

Ghulam Mohammed's compositions were well appreciated by the public. One of the notable songs from the film was Talat Mehmood's expressive "Zindagi Dene Wale Sun", the start of which employs western stringed instruments before the tune blends into Raga Bhoop.[6] The second song was Talat Mahmood's "Mohabbat Ki Dhun Beqararon Se Poochho" with co-singers Sudha Malhotra, Jagjit Kaur. The other popular numbers were Jagjit Kaur's "Khamosh Zindagi Ko Ek Afsana Mil Gaya" and Talat's "Jo Khushi Se Chot Khaye".
