Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this Furion 50 Amp RV Straight blade Female Replacement Connector for your RV power cord. Now this straight blade female connector can be used to build a new RV power cord, or you can use it to replace a connector on an old cord. It is designed to work with six gauge size cable or higher. It is a nice heavy duty marine grade construction has a polycarbonate and polyamide casing. They do use nickel plated brass blades for corrosion resistance, and it is a nice thermoplastic vinyl cover.
You notice it does have this pull handle that you can pull down, use it for quick, easy disconnect. In other words, you can remove it just like that. This is tested to marine UL and CUL standards. You can see it has a nice bright yellow color.
