In the summer, when it's hot and you want something light, but at the same time satisfying and delicious, I bake this wonderful pie with tomatoes and two types of cheese. The taste of the pie is very tender and fragrant with a slight hint of garlic and Provencal herbs.

Puff pastry-1 package
Tomatoes-3-4 pieces
Any brine cheese (I have Adyghe) – 150 gr.
Hard cheese – 150 gr.
Ground black pepper
Provencal herbs
Filling:
Sour cream-200 gr.
Flour – 2 tablespoons
Salt pinch (if unsalted cheese is used)
Garlic clove (small)
Cherry tomatoes or grated hard cheese for decoration.
