Whole body workouts are brilliant when you’re time poor and can’t get your regular program done. Especially if you need to maintain your strength and muscle size.

Today we’re going to reveal the third movement in our favorite whole body exercise workout for maintaining your strength and body composition if you can’t do your regular program. This whole body workout includes five of the best bang for your buck exercises for both strength and body composition.

A1: Deadlift
A2: Bench press
A3: Back squat
A4: Overhead press
A5: Chin up

We’re also going to demonstrate how we teach the squat at Unity Gym in the UMS program and teach the three key technique cues for the maximising squat strength.

Most people think that you should keep your feet parallel and never lets your knees travel outwards when you squat. But squat stance isn’t a one size fits all protocol. Your squat will be dictated by your body. If this is you, definitely pay attention until the end!
