Traditional pigeon stretches can be challenging for many, but using an incline bench allows us to adapt the stretch to different flexibility levels by modifying the angle of hip external rotation.

Throughout the video, I'll guide you on how to find the perfect angle that works for you. If you feel the stretch in your glutes, you're doing it right! However, if the stretch is felt in the side of your knee, it's a signal that you need to adjust the angle higher - as the knee is not the focus here.

Once you're set up, we'll explore how to adjust your hip rotation and body lean to achieve a deep stretch in the glutes. Hold for 30 seconds, complete three sets, and you'll be on your way to significant flexibility improvements!
