He’s squeezing a water bottle with 3 holes in the cap or he used a car key to make the hole, you can tell he’s holding it just under his phone at about ribs level. You can also tell that he probably carried the cat in there and left the small gap so the cat thought it could escape. He even timed it to the song. It’s a really old trick and why would he pee all over his own bathroom for a joke. You can tell he either used car keys to make the hole or make 3 holes via the crossed streams effect it had at first. Someone dumb enough to actually do this with pee probably wouldn’t have been that well hydrated and what if you had to do more than 1 take? At least it’s some engagement bait on that front, being very obviously fake. The cat is fine it’s just water, the cat didn’t actually get peed on.
The humor here of course comes from the idea that this guy actually peed all over his bathroom and on the cat.
