Fed funded lone operatives when the police response was quicker than expected and competent
The sad part is that the most likely culprit behind the mass shooting epidemic really is the CIA, most mass shooters would get laughed out of gun stores and they tend to have really expensive guns as well, like suspiciously so given the generally poorly employed nature of the mentally ill loners that get groomed and armed for this. Not to mention incidents like the Las Vegas shooting where it’s quite obvious and Uvalde where somebody told the cops to stay outside for some unexplainable reason. Groups like the CIA and other government agencies would have an interest in an unarmed and helpless U.S. population and the CIA given the full, real story, of MK ULTRA, has proven to not be above it, with mass shootings being an excellent tool to try and disarm the American population.
The humor here comes from the sadly rather likely possibility that our own government is behind the mass shooting phenomenon, mixed with some classic meme smithing with the mentally unstable as always V-tuber crowd providing us brilliant and fitting meme formats.
