What's the best DLSS setting for Guardians of the Galaxy @4k?
A short video comparing the framerate and image quality of the various DLSS settings in Guardians of the Galaxy. Test carried out at 4k.
Key findings:
-DLSS Quality is almost imperceptible compared with native 4k. The only real difference is more sharpening is applied by default on the native image, however, the game includes a sharpening setting for DLSS (not shown in this video) which brings them even closer. I recommend a level around 25%.
-If you are looking for even more performance I would skip balanced and choose Performance mode. The two settings look very similar and you'll appreciate the extra frames.
-Overall it's an excellent implementation of DLSS with all modes looking great except for ultra performance.
