Products:

Flour – 750-800 gr.
Sugar - 10 tbsp . l
. Salt - 1.5 teaspoons
Dry yeast – 3 tsp
. Egg - 2 pcs . (medium-sized)
Warm milk - 400 ml.
Vegetable oil - 200 ml. (150 gr.)

Proofing the dough for 1.5 hours. Proofing buns for 30-40 minutes.
The weight of the dough of one bun is 55 gr.
Lubricate the buns - yolk + 3 tablespoons of milk or just egg.

Bake at t 180 gr. 20 minutes. Then grease with butter, syrup or honey.

3. Fresh or frozen cherries
4. Boiled condensed milk
5. Marmalade
6. Caramel candy
7. White and black chocolate
