proot-distro install debian

Inside Ubuntu/Debian
apt update && apt upgrade -y
apt install sudo nano adduser
sudo apt install lxde tigervnc-standalone-server dbus-x11

which startlxde
vncserver --xstartup /usr/bin/startlxde

Terminate VNC connection
vncserver -kill :1
exit
