Products:
Cottage cheese (small) - 400 gr.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sugar - 5 tablespoons (70 grams)
Salt - a pinch
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
. Flour - about 200 gr. (the dough should be very soft and sticky)
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp .
Bake 180 gr. 25 minutes.
From this number of dough, you can make 12-13 small buns.
Recommendations:
1. The smaller the cottage cheese, the more lush and softer the buns will turn out.
2. You can use large cottage cheese, but then the dough needs to be beaten with a blender when kneading.
