Learning to do a handstand can be frustrating for beginners ... it's not as simple as just kicking up and hoping you'll get it one day.

In fact, kicking up and hoping is the biggest mistake that most people make!

A handstand workout for beginners actually doesn't include and kicking up and hoping ... there are specific strengthening exercises for the wrists, arms, shoulders, and core that are essential for building the strength you need.
