Products:
Butter - 200 gr.
Sugar - 150 gr.
Salt - a pinch
Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
Eggs – 4 pcs. (large)
Milk – 3 tablespoons
Flour - 150 gr. (1 cup)
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon (with a slide)
Cocoa – 3 tablespoons (without slide)
Cherries (fresh or frozen) - 300-400 gr.
Glaze:
Chocolate – 100 gr.
Milk or cream of any fat content – 50 ml.
Bake at t200 gr. 40 minutes.
The ideal shape is d 24 cm.
Instead of glaze, you can use powdered sugar, sour cream, etc
. The glaze can be prepared independently from milk, butter and cocoa.
1 measuring cup = 250 ml.
1 measuring tablespoon = 15 ml.
1 measuring teaspoon = 5 ml.
