Cooking juicy cutlets in the oven is not so difficult if you follow a simple recipe. Cutlets according to this recipe turn out to be as fragrant and delicious as fried, while they turn out to be less fatty and high-calorie, and therefore more useful.
Products:
Meat (ideally pork + beef) - 700-800 gr.
Onion – 1 pc. (large)
White bread or loaf – 100-120 gr. (dry crumb)
Water or milk (for soaking bread)
Water (in minced meat) - 100-150 ml.
Salt, pepper (to taste)
Garlic – 2 cloves (optional)
Vegetable oil (for greasing cutlets and baking sheet)
Soy sauce - 1-2 tablespoons (in gravy) optional
Bake the cutlets at t 220 gr. 30 minutes, then add water (if it has evaporated), add soy sauce (optional) and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve the cutlets with your favorite side dish – mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice or pasta.
