Unit 6: The Early Middle Ages
In this final unit of module 3 we will be exploring the Western world after the fall of the Roman Empire. We will see the rise of several great Germanic Kingdoms - the most important of which was the Franks. We'll also see the Christianization of Europe and the rise of the Carolingian Empire under Charlemagne.
