Today we are baking very simple bread, the dough for this bread is not too sticky, suitable for beginners. We will bake at low temperatures. The soft texture of this bread is similar to a French boule, and the crispy crust is more like a Chad Robertson tartine.

Ingredients:
500 g bread flour or all purpose flour 11 - 12.7% protein
340 g of buttermilk (or 1 tbsp of cream + water)
10 g of water for salt
100 g 100% wheat sourdough starter
12 g of salts

Bake 230C (450F) - 30 minutes covered + 210C (410F) 10-15 minutes uncovered
