Today I propose to prepare a city bun. Or it is also called gorbulka. I really love this simple bread. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This bread is prepared without eggs, with a small addition of kefir for taste and softness.
Ingredients:
160 ml water at room temperature
320 g flour
5 -7 g yeast
60 g plain yogurt or kefir
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
Bake at 230C (446F) for 20 minutes with steam, then lower the temperature to 200C (392F) and bake until light golden brown for another 5-10 minutes
