Today I am sharing my best recipe for healthy whole grain sourdough and kefir bread. This bread needs no further words, it is wonderful. Beautiful golden crust, soft and fluffy crumb and amazing taste. Detailed recipe - sharing all the details.

Ingredients:
70 g 100% sourdough starter (wheat, whole grain or rye)
175 g white flour, 11.7 - 12.5% protein
175 g whole grain flour 14% protein
215 ml kefir
100 g water
8 g salt

Bake 250C (482F) covered for 25 minutes + 210C (410F) uncovered for 10-15 minutes until cooked through and desired color

Bread fermentation temperature 24-27 C (75F -80F)
