Simple and quick sourdough bread - everyone can do it!
The simplest sourdough bread that requires minimal effort on your part. Will bake it in the pan. This bread tastes like brick bread - with a viscous, finely porous crumb and a thin crispy crust.
Ingredients for 1 loaf:
60 g starter 100% hydration
300 ml water
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
400 g all purpose white or bread flour - protein 11.5-12.5%
25 g whole grain wheat flour
Bake at 220C (428F) for 45 minutes, add steam for the first 15 minutes.
