160 g starter 100%
270 ml water
300 g white all purpose or bread flour 11.5-12.5% protein
150 g whole wheat flour
100 g cottage cheese
10 g sugar
10 g salt
Bake at 250C (482F) covered for 20 minutes + 200C (392F) uncovered for 15 minutes
