Strawberry “charlotte” pie in 5 minutes
Quick strawberry pie. Preparing the dough takes only 5 minutes. It tastes like "charlotte" pie but with strawberries!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 g sugar
100 ml milk
100 ml vegetable oil
200 g flour
Vanilla to taste
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup strawberries
A pinch of salt
Baking form size 20 cm (~9 in). Bake at 175°C (~350F) for 40-45 minutes
