In the bold stunt, a Nissan Qashqai was suspended from a 65-meter-high platform, and with a professional stuntman inside, it made the heart-stopping jump. This record-breaking feat perfectly embodies Nissan’s brand motto, “Defy Ordinary.” Nissan’s innovative spirit and willingness to take risks have always been a key aspect of the company’s identity.
Jérôme Biguet, Marketing Director of Nissan France, emphasized how the brand thrives on challenges like this, saying that Nissan has consistently found ways to stand out with its audacious marketing campaigns. From skateboarding to paintball, the Qashqai has been showcased in thrilling situations, and this latest stunt is another example of pushing the limits. The new campaign will also feature the Qashqai jumping between buildings, adding to its adventurous persona.
This daring bungee jump, carried out by Nissan France in partnership with the creative agencies FUSE and Nissan United, took place in the Paris area. It was supervised by the technical teams from the British Broadcasting Corporation and validated by the Guinness World Records jury, solidifying its place in history.
The updated Nissan Qashqai, featuring a bold new exterior design and an improved interior, is now available throughout Europe. It also includes built-in Google services, enabling drivers to easily access Google Maps, the Google Voice Assistant, and a range of apps from the Google Play store.
