Ferrari is gearing up to release its first fully electric vehicle, and spy photographers have already captured some sneak peeks of the test models. Although Ferrari has not yet shared official details about the car’s design or body style, the prototype images provide some clues. The vehicle spotted is a test mule, pieced together from various body parts of different Ferrari models. It appears to resemble a combination of a crossover and a five-door hatchback.
Based on these photos, it is possible to imagine how the electric Ferrari might look. The design cues seem to draw inspiration from the Ferrari Purosangue, the brand’s first crossover. The front end of the electric model shares a similar style, but with a distinct bumper design. The wheel arches, side windows, and door handles also echo the Purosangue’s look, though the electric version features traditional doors rather than the hinged ones.
While the technical specifications of this new electric Ferrari are still under wraps, early rumors suggest it could come with a price tag of around five hundred thousand dollars. For reference, Ferrari’s latest production car, the 12Cilindri, starts at approximately four hundred thirty-eight thousand dollars. This electric release is certainly shaping up to be an exciting milestone for the brand.
