The most DELICATE creamy YOGURT cake! Melts in your mouth! Fast and very tasty! Without gelatin!

Ingredients for a chocolate sponge cake (28x18 cm) or for a round shape of 24 cm:
65 g flour
15 g of cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 medium-sized eggs
a small pinch of salt
8 g vanilla sugar
70 g of sugar
50 ml of milk (room temperature)

Bake the chocolate sponge cake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius (340 ° F) at an average level without convection, until it is ready, and check with a wooden stick so that it remains dry and clean
