How To move entire animations in Adobe After Effects CC 2018 - that's another question I get a lot in my courses. That also very simple to do, just select all keyframes and move your animation to the desired position.

Just make sure your playhead is sitting in either of the keyframes. Otherwise it will record a new keyframe and change the animation. You can either hold the shift key when moving the playhead across the timeline.
Or just hit the J-key to jump to the previous keyframe or the K-key to jump to the next keyframe.
Then you are safe to move the animation to a new position.
