*How to Make Traditional Grape Molasses:*

*Ingredients:*
Fresh grapes (it’s better to use sweet and juicy grapes)
White clay (for clarifying the molasses)
Water

Grape Molasses Recipe:
*Preparation Steps Grape Molasses:*

1. *Washing and Juicing the Grapes:* Thoroughly wash the fresh grapes and then extract the juice by any method you prefer. I recommend putting the grapes in a sack and crushing them with your feet to easily extract the juice.

2. *Adding White Clay:* Now, add an appropriate amount of white clay to the grape juice and mix well. This helps in clarifying and purifying the molasses. Let it sit for at least 10 hours so the clay can settle and properly clarify the juice. I prefer to leave it for a whole day.

3. *Straining the Juice:* After that, strain the grape juice using a cloth bag to separate the pulp completely. Be careful not to shake the container so the sediment doesn't mix back into the juice. Gently pour the juice into the cloth bag, leaving the sediment at the bottom of the container, which you can discard.

4. *Cooking Over Fire:* Pour the clarified grape juice into a large pot and place it over a fire. The juice should be simmered gently, stirring constantly, until it thickens into molasses. This process may take several hours.

5. *Packaging and Storage:* Pour the prepared grape molasses into glass containers and store them in a cool, dry place.

*Tip:* Be sure to keep the heat low during cooking to avoid burning the molasses and to preserve its delightful flavor.

This natural and traditional molasses can be used as a sweetener in breakfasts, desserts, and various drinks. We hope you enjoy this video and the preparation process!
