*Ingredients:*
2 cups of yogurt
1 cup of cold water or ice (depending on your preferred consistency)
1 chopped cucumber (Iranian or garden cucumbers are the best choice)
1 chopped apple
2 tablespoons of dried mint and dried rose petals
2 tablespoons of raisins
2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts
Fresh aromatic herbs like basil, tarragon, or savory (to taste)
Salt to taste
*Instructions:*
1. Pour the yogurt into a large bowl and stir well until it becomes smooth.
