In my opinion, the AMD Ryzen 5 5600H is an excellent CPU that can shine with its 10-15% performance increase compared to the AMD Ryzen 5 4600H.

Especially the single-core performance has improved a lot, which can be felt more or less depending on the application.

Whether the 5600H is sufficient for your needs, you have to decide based on the benchmarks. However, I would go for the 5600H, since I edit videos more as a hobby. For those whose time is worth a lot of money, a look at the 5800H can't hurt either. But the budget is certainly different there as well.
