Viking Pump employees designed and built a float for the Sturgis Falls Parade in Cedar Falls. The float featured a camera and photos featuring Viking Pump's past and present - and the team won the Grand Marshall trophy for the second year in a row!

I'm Teresa Paulsen. I am an OEM account coordinator at Viking Pump, and I am the chairperson of the Sturgis Falls Parade Committee. The Sturgis Falls theme this year is “making memories” and the child's drawing - that is the logo for it - had a Polaroid camera in it. We took that and spun it into making our Polaroid camera that we have here. And then we wanted to highlight memories of past Viking years, and then present Viking years. I just want to thank again the committee members for helping out so much. We really needed it. I want to thank their supervisors for letting them help out so much and realizing they were going to be gone. And then I also want to thank Viking Pump and IDEX for giving us the opportunity to build this float
and represent Viking Pump in the parade.
