Do not fall for the OpenAI Sora AI download scam for the company's AI video generation product making its way around Facebook and Instagram sponsored posts here in August 2024, as it's the exact opposite of legit. Scammers have created various Facebook pages and are promoting sponsored posts where they falsely claim to be OpenAI. Those sponsored posts lead to fake OpenAI Sora AI websites such as OpenAI.AI-Index-Sora.com, OpenSora-AI.com, OpenAI.MySora-AI.com, OpenAI.Index-Sora.com, My.Video-Sora.org and likely numerous others. These websites all provide the appearance of being the official OpenAI Sora AI prototype websites. However, these websites are malicious. They provide a .dmg or .exe downloadable file, such as dhUQUcngcjt.dmg. It's unclear what happens if someone opens the file but I strongly recommend against doing so. This scam could potentially involve phishing or other malicious intent.

This OpenAI Sora AI download scam claims that Sora is available for free to anyone right now and that all you need to do is quickly download the product from a website. However, these websites are not legit. They have no affiliation with the real OpenAI. The websites OpenAI.AI-Index-Sora.com, OpenSora-AI.com, OpenAI.MySora-AI.com, OpenAI.Index-Sora.com and My.Video-Sora.org are all scams, as is JourneyArt.org. Do not trust any of these websites. When Sora AI is out, you'll likely hear about it in the news.

Anyway, with the OpenAI Sora AI download scam, this is very similar to scams that scammers previously executed where they claimed to offer a download file for OpenAI's SearchGPT Prototype search product. Those fake OpenAI SearchGPT websites then led to dangerous downloads, too. Here's my video about that:    • Exposing the OpenAI SearchGPT Prototy...  .

Basically, don't trust any Facebook sponsored posts claiming to offer downloads for upcoming OpenAI products, like Sora AI or SearchGPT Prototype. Don't run the risk of infecting your device or falling victim to a scam where you lose money. Stay vigilant. Please like, comment and subscribe.
