I don't fry pork ribs anymore, but boil them using this genius trick I once learned in Spain. This is one of the best ways to cook pork ribs and potatoes. They always turn out great. This pork ribs recipe surprised all my guests. Delicious dinner for the whole family. Everything is simple and the result is incredibly tasty. Cook for the whole family. Cook with joy! Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2.5 kg pork ribs.
Cut out the pulp.
Remove the film.
Make cuts between the ribs.
Place on a baking sheet.
2 teaspoons salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon ground coriander.
1 teaspoon cumin (Arabian cumin).
Chop 1/2 of the chili pepper.
1 tablespoon grainy mustard.
1 tablespoon mustard.
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.
1 tablespoon adjika.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Grease with prepared marinade.
Turn over and make cuts.
We make cuts in the other direction.
Grease with marinade.
Cover with cling film.
Refrigerate overnight.
1 kg potatoes.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon basil.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Tie with string.
Baking bag.
Put the potatoes in it.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 2 hours.
1 zucchini.
1 red bell pepper.
1 carrot.
2 stalks celery.
Cauliflower.
1 chili pepper.
6-7 cloves of garlic.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon basil.
1 teaspoon paprika.
60 ml olive oil.
Mix well.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
2 tomatoes.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 45 minutes.
Everything is ready.
Oh my God, how delicious and healthy it is.
2 hours later.
