To cook pork belly according to this recipe, you don't need to stand at the stove for a long time. This recipe is very old and proven; many have been preparing it for 20-30 years. My grandfather taught me this trick! He cooked pork belly this way every time! Cooking time is only 8-10 minutes. And the result will amaze everyone. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1 kg pork belly.
Cut into 3 parts.
Pour 1.5 liters of water into the pan.
3 tablespoons salt.
1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns.
4 cloves.
1 teaspoon coriander.
1 teaspoon Khmeli-suneli.
1 teaspoon red pepper.
1 teaspoon paprika.
3-4 bay leaves.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place the pork belly pieces in the brine.
The meat should be covered with marinade.
Bring to a boil and cook for 5-10 minutes.
I cooked the meat for 8 minutes, it should be light in color.
I put a plate on top so that the meat is completely submerged in the brine.
Cover with a lid and leave for 12 hours.
12 hours later.
Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika to the bag.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
1 teaspoon of Khmeli-Suneli spice.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
7-8 cloves of garlic.
Dry with a paper towel.
Place the pork belly pieces in the bag.
Mix well so that the spices envelop the pieces of meat.
Wrap each piece in foil.
Place in the freezer for 12 hours.
4 potatoes.
Add water and let it boil.
Remove the foam.
Cook for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
1 teaspoon salt.
Make puree.
Black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon dry garlic.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
1 egg.
Mix well.
Add 100 g flour.
Mix.
Cut 4 slices of boiled sausage.
Grate 70 g Parmesan on a fine grater.
Mix well.
A bunch of parsley.
2 tablespoons white yogurt.
Grate 1 cucumber on a fine grater.
2 cloves of garlic.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
A pinch of black pepper.
Mix well.
Oil for frying.
Fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
You can't imagine how delicious it is.
Serve with prepared sauce.
mmm... how delicious!
