Cooking recipe and ingredients:

2 fish (mackerel).
Clean the insides and rinse well.
Cut off the head.
Divide into several parts.
Cut off the tail.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon fish seasoning.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Mix all ingredients well.
Cover with cling film.
Leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
4 potatoes.
Cut into medium pieces.
Pour in cold water and cook until completely cooked.
After the water boils, remove the foam.
Chop 1 onion.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3 tomatoes.
40 minutes later.
1 red bell pepper.
Mix well.
Place fish, tomato slice and red bell pepper on the onion bed.
Repeat after me, it's very simple and the result is incredibly tasty.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
The potatoes are boiled.
Make puree.
Chop a bunch of parsley.
Grate 60 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Salt.
Black pepper.
3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
Mix well.
Form into a ball.
Sprinkle a cutting board with cornstarch.
