Add boiled potatoes.
Mix.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
Half a lemon.
40 minutes later.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Stir and simmer for another 10 minutes over low heat.
Everything is ready.
Sprinkle with parsley.
