Ingredients:
Sourdough:
2 tbsp mature sourdough culture
140 g rye flour
140 ml of water at room temperature
Final Dough:
210 g rye flour
100 g white wheat flour
280 g Sourdough
175 ml water at room temperature
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
coriander for sprinkling (ground or whole)

Preparation of rye sourdough (dough) for dough:
In the container where the sourdough (dough) will ripen, lay out the starter. We add water. We mix.
Pour the sifted rye flour. Mix again.
Cover with film. We leave for ripening from 8 to 12 hours. During this time, the starter (dough) should increase in volume at least 2 times.
