PKTool3 0 launch
Mark Gardner (AMG Consultants) introduces the updated PKTool v3.0, beginning with details of how to access and install the package. Executables for both MacOS & Windows are available. As with the original version, development has been supported by BMGF and the tool is free to use.

The webinar covers new features in v3.0 of the PK Tool for human dose prediction. These include:
-Handling single dose compound
-Using Cav (or AUC) as well as Cmin for dose prediction
-Estimating bioavailability
-New usability features, such as annotating your experiments
After a brief run through for experienced users, an overview explains the use of the PK Tool for dose prediction, comparing allometric scaling with in vitro clearance estimates and demonstrating how to use the tool to ask 'what if' questions.
