When my friend Linda pointed me to the MyDesignDeals website, I immediately fell in love with the spectacular typeface, layer style, and preset deals that they offer. Most importantly, the founder, John, provides an abundance of useful and inspiring design examples with each typeface he offers. When I spotted these examples, my mouth watered. I couldn’t wait to begin attempting to figure out how some of the beautiful designs were created. In today’s Photoshop Workbench tutorial, we’ll use several clever Photoshop techniques to recreate the embroidered Hustlers Clothing logo associated with the Insomnia typeface that was part of John’s “38 Exceptional Typefaces” deal.
