This time I have three Commodore Plus 4 computers to look at. These are great computers able to show 121 colours on the screen at the same time compared to the Commodore 64s 16 colours.
Unfortunately it never reached its full potential due to the dominance of the Commodore 64 as well as other 8 bit systems already established by the time it was released. Also, most of the games released for it are programmed to also work on the Commodore 16, the 16k memory version released around the same time.
These machines are prone to chip failure (8501R1 CPU chip I'm looking at you!) so time to see how many of these need replacement chips.
