Pico 4 vs Quest 2 Display Comparison
The is my best effort at an "apples to apples" display comparison between the Quest 2 and the Pico 4. By setting up various apps side by side you're able to judge for yourself the display quality of the the two headsets.
Video formats used:
Pico 4
Wide-Angle
High (1512x850)
Quest 2
Landscape (1920x1080)
Both of these are both 16x9 aspect ratios.
At 1512x850, the Pico 4 video has to expand by 21% to fill my 1920x1080 video format. That makes the video slightly out of focus. I can normally correct it with sharpening in post processing, but this time I left it alone for an apples to apples comparison.
