Crispy bread, it smells like something straight out of a bakery. This bread stays fresh for a long time, and does not crumble. The dough is kneaded easily, in one bowl, in literally 5 minutes.

Ingredients for 2 small loaves of bread (about 500g each) or 1 large loaf (about 1 kg)

400 ml warm water
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. sugar
25 grams of compressed live yeast or dry yeast (5 - 8 grams, I usually use 5 g)
600 g white all purpose flour
40 ml vegetable oil

Proof twice:
After mixing the ingredients
After placing in the mold

The dough should take ⅔ of the pan before rising. After rising, it should be leveled with the edges of the mold. Keep in mind that the dough will still rise during baking.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (~400F) until desired color/ golden brown (about 40 minutes).
Immediately shake the baked bread out of the pan onto a wire rack or plate!
