Cinebench R23 is offering a stress test / stability test. This video will show you where to find this option and what you need to consider when running it.

What is a stability test though? A stability test will stress, hence also called stress test, your CPU. When you overclock or undervolt, you want to make sure you don't get errors, bluescreens or freezes afterwards. Therefore you want to make sure your system runs stable. A stability test hammers your CPU with a very heavy load for a certain amount of time in the hopes it does not crash. If it does not, stability might not be an issue.

Be careful though. Cinebench is primarily a benchmark program, and you should take a no-crash result with a grain of salt. Heavier and longer stress tests might be necessary. For instance Prime95 or - in case you have an Intel CPU - the Intel Burn Test.
