This bread is very unusual, so light, almost weightless. Crispy on the outside and completely empty on the inside! The texture is similar to a slightly sweet cracker. Delicious with soup, tea, coffee.
Dough for 8 pieces:
300 g flour
1 g salt
160 ml water
15 g vegetable oil
Sesame
Filling:
20 g flour
60 g sugar
For brushing:
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water
Bake in a very preheated oven at 220C (~430F) for 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown on top.
