Competitive programming is a very fascinating discipline in the tech world. A bubble that can host only the bestest of the best programmers around. It is true you don't have to be a genius to become a programmer but if you wanted to compete then intelligence is a very big advantage.
What's wrong with it, then? Despite being an interesting turn on a difficult field such as coding, it has some flaws and for some people, including me, those are enough to just say no to sport programming.
In this video I will tell you all about competitive programming and what I think about it. What good things has to offer and what bad things you should stay away from. Is it for everybody? Is it for learning how to code faster? or is just a way for big companies to do massive hiring sessions without actually any hiring process. After all they get all the juiciest candidates that can solve impossible mind puzzle, like find 2 number in an array. I mean that's just alien level s***.
